This is a redux (actually the second redux) artwork of a concept I first came up with back in late 2010. I changed it quite a bit from the original, even changed it’s meaning somewhat. It went from the girl being completely and helplessly controlled by the puppet-master to her being controlled but getting ready to cut the strings.
On the stage of life, we are not always in control. There are others who pull all the strings. Perhaps they have been pulling them for far too long.
